Not every toothache will require

Inside every tooth is a nerve and pulp, both of which are fully protected by the barrier that surrounds them. We're referring to the enamel and dentin layers. When a cavity forms in your tooth, a filling comes loose or falls out, or the tooth sustains a chip or crack in it, that barrier has been breached. Your nerve is exposed and so you have a toothache. But it is only when bacteria makes its way inside and infects the pulp that our Worcester root canal is necessary. You'll know due to one or more of the following signs: pain when you chew or apply pressure to the tooth, sensitivity to hot and cold, gum tenderness, tooth discoloration, and swelling.
